Dear Spring in Segovia readers,
As you may have realised we are currently in one of the most stressful periods of the semester: MIDTERMS
However we have to remember that spring break is a mere two weeks away and we will get to enjoy nicer weather and relax! In order to prepare myself mentally, physically and emotionally for this stressful period, I decided to volunteer again as a guinea pig for another challenge, this time involving 10 days of self care activities.
Therefore, if you want to join me in this other challenge, this is the plan for the next 10 days!
This challenge was invented by the Canadian free-lance writer Britt, author of the blog “Alternatively Speaking”. In her articles she focuses on outdoor travel and activities such as camping as well as alternative lifestyle (check her out for tattoo care or dying hair articles!).
This challenge particularly inspired me as it’s not too hard to follow (doesn’t involve doing yoga everyday or other similar things that would take a lot of time away) and it only gives general directions, so it can be customized by everyone depending on how they feel that day. Also, even just following these basic guidelines, I believe it would change how nearly all of us feel for these 10 days.
