Hotel Restaurants: 4 Delicious Options at the Madrid Edition

Latest

Restaurants and Beverage Outlets

The Madrid Edition is a hotel that opened its doors in 2022 in the city center, inviting guests from all over the world and surprising the city with its unique architecture and design. The Edition Hotel has two restaurants, two beverage outlets (bars), and a pool table, all of which are open to the public.

Oroya Restaurant

Oroya Restaurant offers exquisite and sophisticated Peruvian food inspired by chef Diego Muñoz. The restaurant can be found on the hotel’s rooftop, next to the pool, and has a small terrace. I personally recommend the “ostras”, which are grilled and prepared with cilantro, chalaca, and parsley, and are available for only 24 euros.

Jeronimo Restaurant

Jeronimo, another signature restaurant, is owned and run by Michelin star chef Enrique Olvera. This restaurant offers unique Mexican dishes and drinks. Upon arrival, patrons enter through an extravagant tunnel lit up in pink. As a Mexican who has been there twice, I can recommend the “Chilaquiles” for breakfast and “Cochinita Pibil Tacos” for lunch or dinner. The prices range, on average, from 14 to 25 euros. In addition, they offer exotic cocktails with Tequila and Mezcal, two typical Mexican beverages.

Lobby Bar

The Lobby Bar, as suggested by the name, is located at the hotel’s lobby. It offers small dishes like “Spanish Pinchos” and a wide range of delicious cocktails. Furthermore, it has a pool table with a very original and nice design, where anyone is invited to play. On Fridays, guests can enjoy house music played by a DJ.

Punch Room Bar

The Punch Room Bar is an intimate space in a rich tapestry of colors and textures. It is the perfect spot for a pre-prandial cocktail like the signature Corsair Punch or a quiet after-dinner aperitif. It is located next to the Lobby.

I invite you to explore the different restaurants and bars, enjoying the magnificent designs, cocktails and of course, food. The hotel will also open a nightclub called “Sunset” during the summer. Find out more on their website!
